Bilingual Apartment Leasing Consultant Daily Activities:
Touring and closing deals future residents.
Providing excellent customer service to current residents.
Creating fun and inventive marketing strategies to attract business!
Conduct property tours, process rental applications, and prepare lease paperwork.
Requirements for Bilingual Leasing Consultant:
Must have apartment industry experience.
Strong customer service skills, professionalism & self-confidence are a MUST.
Need to have professional appearance & demeanor!
Tax Credit experience helpful.
Must be efficient in writing, speaking, and reading Spanish.
Immediate availability helpful.
Location: South Austin
Candidates must be able to pass criminal background check, drug test and provide identification and proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
