Requirements:
– Apartment industry experience is required
– Need to have skills in painting, basic electric, light plumbing, etc.
– Have your own tools.
– Remodel, handy-man or construction background helpful
– Ability to handle multiple tasks and be able to prioritize workload.
-Must have reliable transportation
-EPA/HVAC required
Compensation:$13-$16/hr DOE
– MUST be able to pass a criminal background check
– Be able to Pass a drug test
– Provide one form of identification, and proof of eligibility to work in the US.
– Complete an application and interview process.
