Apartment Make Ready Technician

hardworking and qualified candidates for an Apartment Make Ready Technician position! Our
Make Ready Technicians are responsible for preparing vacant apartments for move-in and
assisting with the overflow of maintenance requests. They are customer focused and team

Responsibilities of Make Ready Technician:
Service general plumbing and basic electrical needs of the property to include replacing/fixing
toilets, light switches, garbage disposals, ceiling fans, etc.
Perform corrective maintenance and satisfy resident’s needs following company procedures
when performing service requests
Assist in maintaining inventory of tools, equipment and supplies.
Requirements of Make Ready Technician:
Need to have skills in painting, basic electric, light plumbing, etc
Have your own tools
Be able to Pass a drug test
Provide appropriate identification and proof of eligibility to work in the US.
Complete an application and interview process.
Location: South Houston
Apartment Make Ready Tech Compensation:
Hourly up to $13-$16/hr – DOE
