Apartment Assistant / Lead Maintenance (Houston, TX)

A great property is looking for a hard-working Apartment Maintenance who are looking to grow within the company.

Experienced Lead Maintenance (HVAC) and Assistant Maintenance (HVAC) professionals are a PLUS !

Job Duties and Responsibilities: –

• Ensure that community, structures and equipment are compliant with appropriate codes ordinances and regulations.
• Assist in managing an inventory of adequate supplies, replacement parts and equipment by maintaining a clean and neat work area and communicating any shortages to a supervisor.
• Diagnose HVAC problems and repair/replace as necessary – perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems and fan coil units.
• Execute other assigned duties as indicated by Manager or Supervisor

Compensation: Up to $16/hr
