Job Title: APARTMENT MANAGER
Job Description: An Apartment Manager handles all operational and financial aspects of a property, including meeting company goals. Results are accomplished by facilitating the paramount performance of the property in areas such as personnel management, leasing, collections, resident services, maintenance, capital improvements, information reporting and compliance with all applicable laws and company policies.
Requirements: Must have six months apartment experience. Positions are temp, temp to hire and direct hire.
Compensation: Salary will vary depending on experience.
Location: Austin Apartment Managers, San Antonio Apartment Managers, Houston Apartment Managers, and surrounding areas. Nationally, positions for High Rise and Multi-Use.
