Job Title: APARTMENT EPA LEAD MAINTENANCE
Job Description: Responsible for maintaining the physical aspects of the property, and meeting the company’s established standards and any applicable laws. The supervisor leads the on-site maintenance staff and participates in the diagnosis of problems and repairs in areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, dry walling, exterior structural, and appliance.
Requirements: Must have six months apartment experience. Positions are temp, temp to hire and direct hire.
Compensation: Salary will vary depending on experience.
