Apartment Leasing Consultant
$12 an hour – Full-time, Commission
Hire Priority Staffing, Austin’s leader in Apartment Industry Staffing, is currently seeking qualified candidates for the following leasing position:
Apartment Leasing Consultant who is outgoing, motivated, hardworking, and capable of closing deals!
Apartment Leasing Consultant Job Duties:
Provide info on available units, leasing and pre-leasing apartments under the affordable housing guidelines.
Provide calculations based on affordable housing guidelines and conduct unit tours.
Greet potential residents and answer main phone line.
Prepare and process new applications and re-certifications.
Schedule work orders.
Stage models in preparation to show and move-in inspections.
Adhere to company policies and procedures
Apartment Leasing Consultant Requirements:
Experience in real estate or apartment industry helpful!
Must be familiar with apartment leasing and Fair Housing
Apartment software experience is a plus.
Strong customer service, interpersonal and time management skill.
MUST:
Be able to pass drug test.
Be able to provide identification and proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
Be able to complete an application and interview process.
Compensation : Starting at $12/hr (Benefits & Great Commissions) DOE
