The Healthcare Recruiter is an integral part of this profit center and is responsible for:

  • Recruiting/Selling (75% of the time): Placing four Healthcare professionals per month.  This will require recruiting on open job orders, skill marketing qualified professionals, Cold/Warm contacting of medical offices as well as visiting.  
  • Staffing (15%):  Starting two new temporary, temp to hire or payroll hire assignments per week.  
  • Admin (10%):  updating internal database and daily Reporting.  

This is a high volume business and you can expect to make up to 80+ connects per day.

Compensation:Base Salary: up to $50,000.00

Commission:

 (1) 15 – 50% of Direct Hire based on cash in. 

(2)  2 – 5% of Monthly contract/temporary Gross Profit

  • Realistic first year 65K; Realistic 2nd Yr 90K; Realistic 3rd Yr+ 120K+ (a superstar could get here in ½ the time).  Experience and Contacts are helpful.

Experience:

  • Bachelor Degree is preferred

Job Summary

As a Bilingual Recruiter/ Admin team member, you would be responsible for carrying out many of the daily, weekly and monthly administrative functions for your division. The Recruiting specialist provides the administrative support necessary to ensure the smooth, efficient functioning of each division.
