Responsibilities for an Apartment Maintenance Tech:
-Repair and maintain all apartment unit appliances.
-Run work orders.
-Have knowledge in basic plumbing, basic electric, painting, drywall, landscape, etc.
Requirements:
-EPA Certification/ Universal license helpful.
-Minimum on-site apartment industry experience of one year.
-Complete an application and interview process.

Compensation: Hourly up to $16/hr DOE (+great benefits!)
Location: South Austin
MUST:
-Be able to pass a drug test
-Provide one form of identification, and proof of eligibility to work in the US.
