Apartment Leasing Consultant Job Description:
Perform clerical duties; provide phone support, organize files and paperwork.Touring and closing future residents.
Providing excellent customer service to residents
Marketing of property to realtors and other professionals
Conduct property tours, process rental applications, and prepare lease paperwork.
Requirements for Leasing Consultant:
Must have apartment industry experience.
Strong customer service skills, professionalism & self-confidence are a MUST.
Need to have professional appearance & demeanor!
Tax Credit experience helpful
Immediate availability helpful
Apartment Leasing Agent Compensation: $12-$14/hr DOE
Location: Austin
Candidates must be able to pass criminal background check, drug test and provide identification and proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
