MUST be available 8am-5pm Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The ideal candidate must also be looking for part time only.
The ideal candidate is an experienced apartment, commercial or building groundskeeper. Duties will include but not limited to: Picking up the grounds, disposing of residents trash, checking pool area, cleaning amenities etc. =
Attention to detail is a must! Professionalism a must! In order to work you must complete an application and interview. Clean criminal background a must!
$12/HR Depending On Experience
