Responsibilities of the Apartment Groundskeeper/Porter
•Maintain the community’s appearance by walking the community on a frequent basis and removing litter.
•Keep common areas such as the pool, laundry room, mailrooms, dumpster, and recreation areas free of debris.
•Rake, sweep, and shovel, as well as safely operate small hand tools and mechanical equipment such as blowers.
•Perform power washing, painting of curbs, maintain light fixtures throughout the property as needed.
•Perform all other apartment maintenance duties as assigned.
•CPO Certified preferred but not required – Knowledge of pools is required.
REQUIREMENTS
•Remodel, handy-man or construction background helpful
•Pass Criminal background check, drug test and provide identification and proof of eligibility to work in the U.S
•Must have excellent time management and organization skills
•Ability to handle multiple tasks and be able to prioritize workload.
•Compensation of the Apartment Groundskeeper/Porter

The starting salary range for this position is $11.00-$13.00 hourly, based on experience
