� MUST be able to pass a criminal background check
� Be able to Pass a drug test

REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
� Apartment industry experience is required
� Need to have skills in painting, basic electric, light plumbing, etc.
� Have your own tools.
� Remodel, handy-man or construction background helpful
� Ability to handle multiple tasks and be able to prioritize workload.
BENEFITS
Compensation: $11-$15/hr DOE + Benefits
