DESCRIPTION
Hire Priority, leaders in apartment industry staffing, is currently seeking Experienced Apartment Make Ready Professionals for the Fort Worth / Mid Cities Area.
Responsibilities of the Make Ready Tech:
*Getting apartments ready for new move ins
*Including but not limited to: appliance repair, sheetrock repair, AC troubleshoot and possibly minor other rehab duties (ceiling fan change, paint color change, light switches change)
*Assisting maintenance team with work orders as needed
REQUIREMENTS
*At least 3 months experience in the Apartment Industry OR building maintenance
*Rehab / Remodel / Building Construction experience preferred
*Strong customer service, interpersonal and time management skills
*Ability to pass criminal background check, drug test and provide identification and proof of eligibility to work in the U.S
*Complete an application and interview process
BENEFITS
