Job Title: Sales Director
Job Description: The Sales Director is responsible for sales, business development, and marketing of our staffing services to property management companies. The Sales Director will be responsible for building new and maintaining current relationships with clients in the Dallas/Ft. Worth market, along with local marketing planning and analysis, attending training and other industry business and social events, and maintaining the overall administration and organization of the Dallas/Ft. Worth office.
Job Requirements: Staffing industry experience is not required, but candidates must possess the following skills/traits to be successful:
- 3+ years of experience serving the apartment industry
- Strong management and leadership skills
- Excellent sales and customer service skills
- Ability to negotiate, sell and close the deal
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure
