Hire Priority Staffing, leaders in Apartment Maintenance Staffing, is currently seeking a qualified Apartment HVAC Maintenance Tech for a recognized property in Austin.
Job Description : Apartment HVAC Maintenance Tech will be responsible for repairing and maintaining all apartment unit appliances, HVAC units, run work orders, strong leadership skills and other apartment duties. Knowledge in plumbing, basic electric, painting, drywall, landscape, etc. needed.
Requirements of an Apartment HVAC Maintenance Tech:
EPA Certification/ Universal license
On-site experience preferred.
Be able to pass a drug test and provide one form of identification, and proof of eligibility to work in the US.
Must have a flexible schedule. On-call required.
Apartment HVAC Maintenance Tech Compensation: $16-$18/hr (+benefits) DOE
General Location: Central Austin
