HR Assistant

Job Description: Customer service in answering phone calls and returning calls in a prompt manner.  Help set up for and attend company events.  Assist compiling applications and resumes, filing, photocopying and faxing as directed. Advise applicants on application process, getting hired and rehire process. Interview scheduling. Greet applicants in a friendly, helpful manner and set them up for their interview process as they come into the office.  Help build the companies customer service and voice in the H.R. employment office and support recruitment staff as needed. Responsible for office upkeep including running errands and keeping office stocked with needed supplies.  Maintain filing cabinets and storage with order chronologically as needed.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint a plus. Type at least 35-40wmp.
Compensation: $10-$15+/hr, salary will vary depending on experience. Direct hire positions pay commissions.
