Job Title: ADMINISTRATIVE FILE CLERK
Job Description: Maintain important company documents and file system.  Gather documentation for filing for various departments.  Deliver files to department employees as requested. Keep track of documents.  Copy, sort and file records.  Answer incoming company wide phone lines.  Transfer incoming calls.

Requirements: Ability to operate office machines: copier, scanner, facsimile, personal computers and voicemail.
Compensation: Salary will vary depending on experience.
