Job Description: Great Management Company is seeking a charming Tax Credit Leasing who is motivated, hardworking, and strong tax credit experience!
Requirements:
Must have apartment industry experience!
Must have RECENT TAX CREDIT experience.
BILINGUAL is a plus
Strong customer service skills, professionalism & self-confidence are a MUST.
Need to have professional appearance & demeanor!
Compensation: $14-$16/hr (+ Benefits and Commissions!) DOE
