Seeking an energetic Apartment Leasing Professional who is outgoing, motivated, hardworking, and capable of closing deals! ~Must have experience in the apartment industry
Responsibilities of an Apartment Leasing Professional:
•Provide info on available apartment homes and conduct tours.
•Greet potential residents and answer the main phone line.
•Prepare and process new applications and renewals.
•Schedule work orders.
•Stage models in preparation to show and move-in inspections.
Requirements of an Apartment Leasing Professional:
•Must have apartment industry experience.
•Experience with Yardi, Onesite, Bluemoon or other property management software is a must.
•Strong customer service skills, professionalism & self-confidence are a must.
•Need to have professional appearance & demeanor!
Compensation: $12-$15/hr (+ Benefits and Commissions!) DOE
Location: Central San Antonio
Candidates must be able to pass a drug test, provide identification and proof of eligibility to work in the U.S, and have reliable transportation.
