Location: South/ Central Austin.
Compensation: $18-$22/hr DOE + benefits
You Have:
Lead technician in troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of commercial air conditioning and multi-zone heating and cooling systems that incorporate pneumatic, digital, and central energy management system controls.
Develop heating, ventilating, and air conditioning system modification plans and estimates jobs for remodel activities.
Creates preventive maintenance checklists for new equipment.
Researches and selects materials for systems installation, repair, and maintenance.
Ensures proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies; promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices.
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
You Must Also Have:
EPA certification
Apartment industry experience
Experience in painting, plumbing, electric, drywall, etc. and have their own tools.
Ability to work weekends and be on-call
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Must have good written and verbal communications skills and be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization. Bilingual helpful, but not required.
