Apartment Make Ready Job Description : In the Make Ready role you will ensure that all vacated apartments are thoroughly restored to “make ready” status in a timely manner. Additional duties include maintaining the grounds the property in order to enhance and maintain its curb appeal. You will be in charge of cleaning common, amenity and ground areas on a daily basis. Other responsibilities include watering, raking and overall upkeep of our landscaping, sweeping and shoveling as weather circumstances change.

Requirements for Make Ready:
* Must have previous apartment industry experience!*
Must be able to lift 50lbs or more*
Must have own Transportation!
Provide excellent customer service to residents
