Job Description:
The primary responsibilities of the Make Ready position involve detailing apartments to make them ready for new move-ins.
The Make Ready Laborer will also assist the rest of the maintenance team, as directed, in their efforts to manage the property in an efficient manner.
Job Duties & Responsibilities involve maintenance/repair of the following daily:
Tile, carpet, flooring.
Interior/exterior lights.
Plumbing maintenance
Interior/exterior painting.
Caulking/regrouting.
Ceiling fans.
Blinds, doors, cabinets, windows.
Stairs, gates, patios, railings.
Appliances (when applicable).
Requirements for an Apartment Make Ready:
Must Have Handy-man Tools!
Provide one form of identification, and proof of eligibility to work in the US.
