Apartment Leasing Specialist Job Description:
· Touring and closing future residents
· Providing excellent customer service to residents
· Marketing of property to realtors, businesses and other professionals
Requirements for Leasing Specialist:
· Must have Class A luxury mid-rise or high-rise apartment industry experience
· Exceptional customer service skills
· Highly professional appearance & demeanor
· Ability to work hard, handle a variety of situations, and do it all with a smile
Leasing Consultant Compensation: $13-$14/hour depending on experience. Once hired, you would be eligible for health benefits, paid time off, and an aggressive compensation plan including commissions and bonuses.
