Apartment Leasing Position Summary:
Engaging with prospective residents by showing units and amenities
Generating leads and following up with propects daily
Preparing lease agreements
Providing excellent customer service to residents and future residents
Executing marketing strategies to increase traffic to the property.
Requirements for Leasing Consultant:
Must have apartment industry experience of at least 1 year.
Strong customer service skills, professionalism & self-confidence are a MUST.
Proficient in apartment industry software such as Bluemoon.
Ability to work weekends
Immediate availability helpful
Location: South Houston
