Responsibilities of a Maintenance Tech:
- Respond to and complete work orders in promptly
- Trouble-shoots diagnoses and corrects minor appliance failures
- Ensure the property’s appearance is excellent by picking up trash, replacing light bulbs, painting, and performing repairs
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned and assist Service Supervisor as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum one year of apartment industry or related experience
- HVAC experience is a plus!
- Experience in painting, plumbing, basic electric, drywall, etc.
- EPA certification (Universal) not required but helpful
- Maintain professional appearance and demeanor
