Leasing Professional Position

Awesome company is now seeking an Energetic Leasing Professional who is outgoing, motivated, hardworking, and capable of closing deals! We offer an excellent benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401K, and PTO!
Compensation: $12-$15/hr (+ Benefits and Commissions!) DOE
Location: Central San Antonio
Requirements:
-Walk tour route and open model or vacant show units to ensure cleanliness
-Show and lease apartment homes
-Run credit and criminal background checks
-Complete all application and lease paperwork
-Handle service requests
-Show amazing customer service towards residents, applicants, vendors, etc
-Professionalism & self-confidence are a MUST.
-Need to have professional appearance & demeanor!
-Experience with software such as:-Yardi, Onesite, Bluemoon or other property management software is required.
MUST:
MUST be able to Pass a Criminal background check and drug test
MUST be able to provide one form of identification and proof of eligibility to work in the US.
MUST be able to complete an application and have an in-person interview
