Hire Priority Staffing, Austin’s leader in Apartment Industry Staffing, is currently seeking qualified candidates for an Apartment Leasing Agent:
Seeking an energetic Apartment Leasing Agent who is outgoing, motivated, hardworking, and capable of closing deals!
Responsibilities of an Apartment Leasing Agent:
Provide info on available apartment homes and conduct tours.
Greet potential residents and answer the main phone line.
Prepare and process new applications and renewals.
Schedule work orders.
Stage models in preparation to show and move-in inspections.
Requirements of an Apartment Leasing Agent:
Must have apartment industry experience.
Experience with Yardi, Onesite, Bluemoon or other property management software is a must.
Strong customer service skills, professionalism & self-confidence are a must.
Need to have professional appearance & demeanor!
Compensation: $12-$14/hr (+ Benefits and Commissions!) DOE
Location: North Austin
Candidates must be able to pass drug test and provide identification and proof of eligibility to work in the U.S, and have reliable transportation.
