Job Title: APARTMENT SERVICE TECHNICIAN
Job Description: Responsibilities include maintaining the property to meet the company/owners expectations under standard policies and any applicable laws. Must be able to diagnose and repair problems involving HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, exterior and appliance.
Requirements: Must have six months apartment experience. Positions are temp, temp to hire and direct hire.
Compensation: $10-$15+/hr, salary will vary depending on experience. Direct hire positions pay commissions.
