Job Title: APARTMENT MAKE READY
Job Description: Primary responsibilities include readying an apartment in a timely manner for a new occupant. This includes clean up, painting interior and exterioir with inventory of all supplies as used and any other general preperation directed to help the apartment be in it’s best possible shape for it’s new tenant!
Requirements: Must have six months apartment experience. Positions are temp, temp to hire and direct hire.
Compensation: $10-$15+/hr, salary will vary depending on experience. Direct hire positions pay commissions.
