Job Title: EPA Maintenance Tech – Apartment Property
Job Description: Maintenance Tech will be responsible for repairing and maintaining all apartment unit appliances, HVAC units, and could perform other apartment duties.
Requirements: EPA Certification or Universal license a must. Three months industry maintenance experience or remodel, handy-man, construction background is helpful. Looking for dependable, hard-working maintenance help! Onsite experience preferred.
Compensation: $13-$18 (benefits, bonuses) Depending on Experience
Location: San Antonio
